Gluten Free Dairy Free Banana Bread

Do you struggle with getting in a solid breakfast? Pre-bake slices of hearty and filling gluten free and dairy free banana bread to have on hand for busy mornings. Pair with a protein source, my fave? Turkey muffins, of course!

I sliced the loaf into 10 servings and froze half for next week. Family approved!
